Though David may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Petcu and Julius Petcu. He is survived by: his wife Julie Najjar Petcu; his children, Anna Sweeney (Andy), Timothy (Emily) and Michael (Kourtney); his grandchildren, Ben and Tilly; and his brother Lou Petcu (Nancy Westermann).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens Funeral Home (9090 TN-100, Nashville, TN 37221). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church (4905 Franklin Pike, Nashville, TN 37220).
