He is survived by : his children, Rick Derrera (Tammi Giles Derrera) and Sherry Derrera Hale (James Hale); his grandchildren, Gabriella Tahaven Derrera, Dominique Derrera, Devin Hale, Conner Hale and Noah Hale; his great grandchild Elanor Grace Hale; and his stepdaughter Shannon Smith (family: Jordan, Cody Pierce, Courtney, Robert Hawley, Megan Smith, Zack, Jennifer Smith).
