He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnet Phillips and Mary Ethel Phillips of Pleasant Ridge, KY.. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Phillips; his son Michael Phillips (Lisa); his grandchildren, Sean (Whitney), Melissa and Jonathan; and his great grandchild Solomon.
