He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Roberts; and his son Eddie Albert Roberts. He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Smith (Marvin) and Paula Peters; his grandchildren, Billy Bridges, Mendy Tennille, Marlin Smith (Melissa), Caleb Scarbrough (Kendra), Brittney Minga (Jake) and Casey Mae Roberts; his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Finley Scarbrough, Parker Dean Minga, Evan and Ethan Dennis; his siblings, Steve Roberts and Janet Reid; and his close friend Roberson Grocery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to First Southern Baptist Building Fund.
