She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Rainey and Gearldine Rainey. She is survived by: her husband Rick VanWinkle; her daughter Shaunda Youngblood (Isaac); her grandchildren, Oaklee and Knox; and her siblings, Carlene Campbell and Darrell Rainey. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Putnam Reed Funeral Home (1171 Main St, Pikeville, TN 37367). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
