He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stacey and Della Lou Bowen Smith; and his brother Claude Mitchel Stacey. He is survived by: his children, Richard M. Stacey of Lebanon, TN, Charles C. Stacey of Peoria, IL and Delaina M. Sleigh of Gainesboro, TN.; his grandchildren, Jonathan Stacey, Marjorie Moore, Taylor Stacey, Taitum Carpenter, Alathea Davenport, Autumn Davenport, Jacob Hudgins, Emmert Hudgins, Kearan Sleigh and Rebecca Sleigh; his great grandchildren, Kingston Mayfield, Claira Carpenter, Gary Stacey, Gracie Stacey, Orion Moore and Morgan Moore; and the mother of his children Betty Stacey.
