He is survived by : his wife Belinda Emory Smith of Pikeville; his children, Danielle Smith of Kernersville, NC, Corey Smith of Kernersville, NC, Matthew S. Smith of Pikeville, TN and Levi W. Smith of Pikeville, TN; his brother Shayne Smith of Kodak, TN; his nephews, Tyler and Mason Smith; and his sister-in-law Summer Smith McNally (Tracie Smith-Smagnr).
