He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Norris and Alene Norris (Ashburn); his daughter Tiffaney Shaunte-Norris; and his siblings, Chris Norris and Debra Winnie.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Norris (Williams) of Pikeville; his stepchildren, Stacey Ray Swafford, Shannan Michelle Swafford and Regina Gail Swafford Richey; his children-in-law, Tilyna Swafford and Michael Richey; and his brothers, Ronnie Leon and Gregory Norris. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren, and his two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Vanderwall Funeral Home (164 Maple St, Dayton, TN 37321). The military honors was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
