He is survived by: his wife Sheila Turner of Pikeville, TN; his sons, Marshall David Turner of Pikeville, TN and Charles Allen Turner (Paula) of Pikeville, TN; his stepson Jerry Jones of Pikeville, TN; his grandchildren, Harlyi Turner (Hayley), Denver Allen Turner, Ashley Michelle Turner, Katelynn Isabella Turner, Alexandria Jones and Hailey Jones; and his great grandchild Grayson Tyler Freeman. He is also survived by three other great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Collier Cemetery (4271 Old State Pikeville, TN 37367).
