He is survived by: his daughter Peggy Worthington (Ray); his grandchildren, Miranda Worthington (Aaron), Jonathan Campbell (Kenzie) and Marcus Pruitt (Haley); his great grandchildren, Gunnyr Worthington, Rhett Worthington and Waylon Campbell; and his siblings, Elizabeth Cordell and Eddie Pruitt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
