He is survived by : his nephew Rickey Loyd; his wife Layne Knowles; his son Jimmy Knowles (Emily); his grandchildren, Ashton McWilliams (TJ), Rachel, Jacob and Isaiah Knowles; his brothers, Clyde "Junior" Knowles (Barbara) and Bobby Knowles; and his nephew Kenny Knowles (Tina). He is also survived by several in-laws, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
