She is survived by: her husband Clyde Cunningham; her children, Rhonda Page (Arnold), Rita Mayfield (Randy) and Doug Cunningham (Sally); and her grandchildren, Whitney, Jeremy Cunningham and Keaton Walker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
