Fields, Jr., Billy Fields, Donald Fields, Geneva Tracy, Betty Edmons and Bonnie Panter; his children, John Patrick Fields and Coree Fields; his grandchildren, Samantha Ann Oakes (Kaitee), Breyton Lewis, Kelsey Ann Harris, Makena Davis and Rainey Boynton; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Aurora and June Oakes; his siblings, Faye Walker, Flora Mae Farmer, Bobby Fields and Jackie Fields; and his son-in-law Tony Davis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins; and a host of friends.
