He was predeceased by : his father Joseph Anthony Vyskocil; his grandparents, Ansano Folena and Florence Folena; and his nephew Mikie Johnson. He is survived by : his mother Nancy Folena Vyskocil; his sisters, Kimberly Ann Chapman and Selena Kindelspire; his brother-in-law Robert Chapman; his nephew Scott Ansano Smith; his nieces, Jennifer Lynn Smith, Melissa Johnson and Michelle Johnson; his aunt Debbie Lindstrom; his uncle Ross Lindstrom; and his cousins, Jon Sjostrom and Justin Lindstrom.
