She is survived by : her husband John Hamrick of Pikeville; her stepsons, Coy Hamrick of Pikeville and Shannon Hamrick (Melissa) of Pikeville; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Alex, Donna, Isabella and Bonnie Sue Hamrick; her nephews, Brian Myers and Allen Myers; her great-nephews, Easton Myers, Ben Myers and Henry Myers; and her great-niece Annie Myers.
