He is survived by: his wife Lesley Henry Sapp; his mother Debbie Cheatham (David); his sister Marsha Hankins (Chris); his stepgrandfather Larry Swafford; his parents-in-law, Tommy and Brenda Henry; his nephews, Breyer, Jaxon Hankins, Trevor, Gavin, Riley, Bradley Cheatham and Justin Barnes; his brother-in-law Tony Henry (Elisabeth); and his stepbrothers, Kenneth Cheatham (Echo) and William Cheatham.
