He is survived by: his wife Pamela Smith of Pikeville; his children, Angela Smith of Dutton, AL, Desiree Pendergrass (Vince) of Pikeville, TN and Travis Henry of Pikeville, TN; his grandchildren, Mackenzie McClelland (Joey) of Guntersville, AL, MaKalyn Hitchcock of Jasper, TN and Hayden Smith of Pikeville, TN; his great grandchildren, Piper McClelland, Hagen McClelland, Lincoln Hitchcock and Lennox Hitchcock; his siblings, Bob Smith (Joyce) of Hixson, TN, Regina Reece of Pikeville, TN, Rhonda Jolley (Paul) of Cleveland, TN and Randy Smith (Neena) of Rome, GA; and his pet Zoey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
