He is survived by: his son Morgan Smith of Cleveland, TN; and his siblings, Debbie Goforth (Paul) of Pikeville, TN, Cathy Standefer (Steve) of Pikeville, TN and Clayton Smith (Laura) of Pikeville, TN.
