He is survived by: his children, Shelby Johnson of Atlanta, GA and Drew Johnson of Cookeville, TN; his parents, Jerry Johnson and Dionna Johnson of Pikeville, TN; his sister Lea Simmons of Pikeville, TN; his nieces, Whitney Brock and Dione Simmons; his nephew Brody Simmons; his great-nephew Zane Sherman; and his great-niece Symphony Simmons. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
