Shelby touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Campbell and Mildred Christine Campbell; and her son Billie Joe Saunders. She is survived by: her husband Jeffery Saunders; her sons, Richard Saunders of Pikeville, TN and Ryan Saunders (Shayla) of Pikeville, TN; her grandchildren, Jaclyn Saunders and Sidney Saunders; her great grandchildren, Scarlett Wooden and Wilder Maynor; and her siblings, Brenda Pugh of Spring City, TN, Trish Johnson (Gary) of Pikeville, TN, James Campbell of Pikeville, TN, Bruce Campbell (Diane) of Pikeville, TN, Charles "Dude" Campbell (Donna) of Pikeville, TN, Donna Blankenship (David) of Pikeville, TN and Karen Frady of Pikeville, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
