He is survived by: his wife Faye Turner of Pikeville, TN; his son Steve Turner (Becky) of Pikeville, TN; his grandchildren, Kayla, James and Paige; and his stepdaughters, Dana and Angela. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
