He is survived by : his wife Sandy Thurman of Pikeville; his sons, Billy Thurman (Hazle) of Pikeville, Josh Thurman (Paula) of Pikeville and Matthew Thurman (Cheyenne) of Alabama; his grandchildren, Billy, Benjamin, Kenzie, Fia, Jake, Carson, Bryson, Mason and Olivia; his parents, Ralph Thurman and Irene Thurman of Pikeville; and his siblings, James Thurman (Nancy) of Pikeville, Debbie Smith of Evensville, Ronald Thurman (Peggy) of Pikeville and Lynn Thurman (Tricia) of Evensville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
