David Milhorn Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on September 22, 2025, at the age of 78, David Milhorn (Piney Flats, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammy Milhorn and Rebecca "Becky" Milhorn Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Ruth G. Milhorn; his children, Jeff Milhorn (Elizabeth) and Leslie Morelock (Steven); his grandsons, Eli Milhorn and Manny Milhorn; his stepgrandchildren, Andrea Buchanan (Isaac) and Dakota Worley (Mckenzie); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Gibson and Carter Buchanan; his sister Kathy Hare (Frank); and his nieces and nephews, Lorri Carver (Ronnie), Krista Ivester (Sam), Hank Hare (Beth) and Andy Hare (Kelly). He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; a great great niece.
