He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Mac McKee and Bessie Whitaker McKee of Piney Flats, Tennessee.; and his siblings, Martha Morris, Johnnie McKee of Piney Flats and David McKee of Piney Flats.
He is survived by: his wife Trillis McKee; his son Adam McKee; and his siblings, Nancy Peterson and Robert McKee. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
