With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janelle Browning of Piney Flats, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 5, 2025 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Nellie Dean Browning (Bill Eastridge); her son Nick Outterbridge; and her granddaughter Aaliyah Outterbridge. She is survived by: her children, Patrick Outterbridge and Kaitlin Forbes (Josh); her sisters, Theresa Theiben (Daniel) and Samantha Jackson Forbes; her siblings' children, Matthew McMillan (Rebekah), Adam McMillan (Katie), Asher McMillan and Zoza Myers; her in-laws, Gwen and Robert Outterbridge; her extended family, Sara Oliveira and Dedicated; and her boyfriend David Arthur.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Church of Jesus (809 W Main St, Johnson City, TN 37604). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
