He is survived by: his wife Amy Whitaker; his son Hunter Whitaker (Rachel); his granddaughter Remi; his parents, Wayne Whitaker (Helen) and Pat Thompson (Joey); and his sisters, Cari Ann Hart (Chris) and April Hale (Donald). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
