He was predeceased by: his parents, William R White and Bettye Jo Hearn White; and his significant other Jerry Butler. He is survived by: his siblings, Bonnie Johnson, Patsy Mills (Bob), Steve White (Scarlet) and Joe White (Lisa). He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
