He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Earl Diggs and Martha Glenn Diggs. He is survived by: his children, Bridget Yvonne Diggs Fernandes (Lincoln), Amber Lynn Cogbill (Grant) and Matthew Rory Diggs (Zandrea); his wife Deborah Diggs; his aunts, Ella Mae Diggs and Linda England (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Ruby Diggs, Rory Diggs and Olive Diggs.
