He is survived by: his pet Sam; his son James Robert Frye (Wendy) of Jackson; his stepchildren, John Smrt (Rebecca) of Memphis, Cindy Smrt of Carrollton, TX, Debby Scott (Jerry) of Pinson and Sandy Whitaker of Pinson; his grandchildren, Robby Frye, Randy Frye (Miranda), Tyler Smrt (Kim), Jack Smrt, Gunner Scott (Anna), Sara Templeton, Hannah Whitaker and Heather Whitaker; and his sisters, Mary Godsey (Paul) of Bartlett and Linda Faulkner of Finger. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
