He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Robbins and Marjorie Walker Robbins; his brother James L. Robbins; and his cousin Jimmy Ray Walker. He is survived by: his wife Karen Robbins; his son Robert Watkins (Kellie); his brother-in-law Bob Mazurkiewicz (Pat); and his grandchild Shawn Watkins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
