He was predeceased by : his parents, Claudia Flatt and Nancy Kathleen Clouse Flatt; and his sisters, Nancy Flatt and Eugenia Calloway. He is survived by : his wife Teresa Flatt; his sons, Matthew Flatt (Wen Yuan), Marcus Flatt and Micah Flatt (Brandi); his brothers, Russell Flatt (Dorothy) and Rodney Flatt; his grandchildren, Oliver Flatt, Sophia Flatt, Thomas Flatt, Emaline Flatt, Ethan Flatt, Cassidy Martinez (Cristian) and Bryce Flatt; and his great grandchild Mikazuki Martinez.
