He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Williams and Louise Williams; his wife Nelle Williams; his daughter Teresa King; his grandchildren, Devin Fillingham, Sean Settle and Meghan Vanatta; and his siblings, Walter "Cernol" Williams, Gloria Chambliss and Katie Whittaker.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lou Lavonne Whitley and Dennis Williams; his children, Tracy Williams and Robin Delplane; and his grandchildren, Kyla Chapman (Ryan), Autumn Young (Alex), Staci Farrar (James), Stefani Pennington (Aaron), Stephen Williams and Santana Williams. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
