He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Smith and Nell Smith; his wife Shirley; and his brother Paul Smith. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Dowlen (Jeffrey), Larry Smith (Debbie) and Barry Smith (Eileen); his siblings, Perry Smith (Sue), Robert Smith (Kathy), Jimmy Smith, Claude Smith (Linda), Larry Smith (Donna) and Jean Wellbeloved; and his sister-in-law Linda Smith. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
