It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bertha Elizabeth Walker of Pleasantville, Tennessee, who passed away on September 17, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Francis Adams and Bertha Elizabeth Payne Adams; her siblings, Edwin Adams, John Adams, Marilynn Carten, Helen Endsley and Julia Weber; and her former husband Johnny Walker.

She is survived by: her daughter Mary Jane Slayman (Edward) of Pleasantville; and her grandchildren, Jessica Irwin of Paris and Jason Slayman of Columbia. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
