Alvina Combs Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2025, at the age of 67, Alvina Combs of Portland, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bailey Harrison and Alva Jean Frasure Harrison; her husband Hobart Gregory Combs; and her daughter Amanda Joy Combs. She is survived by: her children, Hobart Geoffrey Combs (Megan), Rebecca Jean Schut (Alexander) and David Gregory Combs; and her grandchildren, Grady Hobart Combs, Madelyn Elaine Combs and Baby Schut.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations in her memory to Gideons International, the Lewy Body Dementia Association (http://www.lbda.org) in honor of her late husband, the V Foundation for Cancer Research (www.v.org), or your local church missions initiative or outreach.
