He is survived by: his wife Cary Brooks; his mother Melissa Brinkley; his sons, Garrett Brooks, Gibson Brooks and Aaron Brooks; and his siblings, Richard Brinkley, Jr. (Andrea), Julie Ferguson (Brian), Danielle Kinslow (Kris) and Amber Graves (Darrick). He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
