He was predeceased by: his brother Gary Steven Keyes. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Keyes and Fay Keyes; and his siblings, Jeffrey Keyes (Frances) and Kathy Earlie (Trent). He is also survived by four nieces, two nephews, four great-nieces, and four great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Humane Society of Sumner County.
