She is survived by: her caregiver Ernie Palmquist of Portland, TN; her sons, Steven Palmquist of Portland, TN and Dmitro Palmquist of Franklin, KY; her siblings, Karl Kolacek (Debbie) and Linda Shaffer; and her grandchildren, Dmitro Palmquist, Jr. and Catherine Palmquist.
