He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Conrad Collins and Lorelle Eunice Vanatta-Collins; his siblings, Larry Collins, Buster Collins, Donald Collins and Shirley Hall; and his brother-in-law Donnie Brewster.
He is survived by: his sister Maurelle Brewster. He is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews; thirty-three great nieces and nephews.
