He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bransford Perry and Mary Ethel Keith; his significant other Dianne Feltz; and his siblings, Juanita McCormick, Peggy Hudson, Wayne Perry, James Perry and William Perry, Jr..
He is survived by: his brother Dalton Perry (Nancy) of Bethpage; his sons, Guy Perry of Portland, Josh Perry (Abby) of Westmoreland and Will Perry of Portland; his stepdaughter Christie Webb of Westmoreland; his grandsons, Allen Perry of Westmoreland and Owen Perry; and his stepgrandchildren, Chris Brown of Westmoreland, Jeffrey Webb of Westmoreland and Heather Webb of Westmoreland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
