She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Wilson Franklin and Sinda Virginia Shoulders; her husband Harold Keith; her son Kenneth Keith; and her siblings, Louise Carter and Donald Franklin.
She is survived by: her children, Derek Keith (Christy), Landon Keith and Deena Burr (Craig); her grandchildren, Vanessa Keith, Lacy Keith, Allen "Bubba" Keith, Bryce Keith, Faith Keith, John Keith, Payton Keith and Regan Burr; and her siblings, Betty Gregory of Greenbrier and Ronnie Franklin of Portland. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
