He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Russell Rhoads and Loretta Mae Asher Rhoads. He is survived by: his wife Gina Rhoads of Portland; his daughter Ginny West (Ben) of Orlinda, TN; his granddaughter Millie West; his sister Pamela Horn of Dayton, OH; his nieces, Angela Horn of Dayton, OH and Georgia Smith; his great-niece Jamison Horn; and his sister-in-law Ginger Simpson (Troy).
