With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Clouse of Portland, Tennessee, who passed away on July 31, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira McCloud and Gracie Suttle Franklin; her husband Jesse Clyde Clouse; her stepfather Thomas Franklin; her siblings, Bobby Franklin and Peggy Tomlinson; and her son-in-law Allen Poole.
She is survived by: her children, Fay Poole and Barry Clouse (Linda); her grandchildren, Beth Claxton (Sam), Adam Clouse (Amber), Mandy Poole, Tracy Barton, Macy Smith (Leigh), Leigh Snyder (Jason) and Jody Blankenship (Ryan); and her sisters, Donna Rakestraw (Tom), Yvonne Link and Rita Gregory (Charlie). She is also survived by 32 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren.
