He is survived by : his daughters, Tricia Kibbey (Garry) of Cottontown and Dell Shaffer of Portland; his grandchildren, Dawn Broadway (Kevin), Amber Arnold (Andy), Zachary White (Lori), Zeb Ashburn, Jake Ashburn, Kaleb Ashburn, Monte Shaffer, Troy Shaffer, Ashley Shaffer (Pam) and Jonathan Shaffer; and his sisters, Margaret Downing and Barbara Shelley. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren.
