He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Lamb and Vera Mae Powers Woodard; his siblings, Paul R. Lamb and Susan Bauers; and his great grandchild Easton Smith.
He is survived by : his wife Cindy Lamb; his daughters, Jamie Lamb and Stephanie Lamb; his grandchildren, Monica Smith, Erykah Lamb, Hayden and Wyatt Perrigo; and his siblings, Tommy Lee (Sharlene) of Gallatin, William Payne (Stacey) of Gallatin, Brenda Hughes of Hendersonville, Tricia Gould (Larry) of Gallatin and Lisa Kerwood of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
