He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Krawczyk and Sophie Krawczyk. He is survived by: his wife Jane Sulzbach; his children, Courtney Michelle Oz Burch, Jenny Wilson, Julie Justice and Walter John Sulzbach; and his sister Francie Castle.
