He is survived by: his children, Debra Kay Oliver (Michael), John Kevin McCloud (Tiffany) and Brian Walter McCloud; his grandchildren, Chase Allen McCloud (Audrey), Amber Latosha Roberts, Samuel Adam Roberts, Daley McCloud, Katie McCloud, Dallon McCloud and Damon McCloud; his great grandchild Natalie McCloud; his siblings, Evelyn McGuffie, Violet Ryan, Joe McCloud (Linda), Helen Perry (Billy), Mary Livingston (Donnie) and Nancy Hill; and his former wife Betty.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wilkinson Wiseman Funeral Home (715 S Broadway, Portland, TN 37148). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
