She is survived by: her children, Shelley Clark and Phillip Clark Sr. (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Phillip Clark Jr., Merissa Darden and Garrett Clark; and her great grandchildren, Rylan Clark, Raelynn Clark, Gabrielle Foley and McKenzie Darden.
