Visitation was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Portland Nazarene Church (409 S Russell St, Portland, TN 37148). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Old Fountain Head Cemetery (136 Old Fountain Head Cemetery Rd., Portland, TN 37148).
