He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Culbreath and Nancy Culbreath; his former wife Joyce Lame Culbreath; and his brother Michael Lee Culbreath. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Culbreath; his sons, Tyler Culbreath, Brent Culbreath (Nikki) and Rowan Traughber; his grandchildren, Wyatt Culbreath and Stella Culbreath; his brother David Culbreath (Vicki); and his pet Bodhi.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Portland (610 N Broadway, Portland, TN 37148). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 2:45 PM at the Halltown Cemetery (712 Halltown Rd, Portland, TN 37148).
